My passion has always been centred on the natural world and in particular, the organic nature of wood. My creative calling was paused while I completed a master’s in architectural engineering and now combine those structural skills with a deep artistic vision. Guided by meditation and the organic geometry of nature, my work ranges from balanced wall hanging pieces to abstract, freeform sculptures.

I chose wood because of its absolute uniqueness; every block of raw wood has a story to tell and no 2 pieces will ever be the same. My vision evolves as I get to know the material through a meditative process of listening to its shape. The journey from raw grain to final sculpture changes so much from my original idea that it often surprises me.
