Turkbeyler, Orkun

My work centres on promoting raw creativity through abstract paintings that blend simplicity with complexity – inviting viewers to embrace change while remaining connected to the present moment.

In my art, I explore a range of human emotions and the dynamics of individual interaction within society. My creative process transforms internal energy, whether it is emotional, mental, or creative into physical expressions that communicate what words cannot. I believe this unique exploration of feelings and identity will offer a transformative cultural experience.

Orkun is a young emerging abstract painting artist. He was born in London. Orkun studied Fine Art and presented some of his art-work at the School and College Exhibitions. He was influenced by Kandinsky’s style – painting abstract art from early age. His work helped Orkun to display his creativity with ease. Starting from 2024, he has been painting full time from his studio in Hampshire. Currently, Orkun has been accepted to study fine art (BA) at Solent University.

The artist has exhibited his work in various exhibitions across the United Kingdom and internationally. His first solo exhibition, titled “Splash of Mind and Sprinkle of Colour”, took place in March 2025, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his painting projects. This led to the launch of the New Beginnings series.

He is currently a Featured Artist at Gallery Grounds in Southampton and is also a permanent artist on the online gallery GalleryOne962. Additionally, he is a member of both the Union of International Artists and the Visual Artists Association (VAA) in the UK.
